Russell Pidducci

With more than twenty years in recruitment, Russell rose from consultant to Director, where he ran high-value managed-service contracts across the public and private sectors, sat on the operations board, and led teams of over fifty. A consistent top biller in his own right, he has managed relationships up to board level with some of the largest organisations in the UK, and built and scaled highly successful training academies from scratch.

Construction is close to his heart, with his dad working in M&E for over fifty years. At ERA, Russell leads client relationships and retention, and is a key point of contact for candidates and clients alike.

Ed Lee

With over ten years of experience in recruitment, Ed has built his career around the construction industry, developing a genuine understanding of the people, businesses and challenges within the sector.

For the past four years, Ed has run his own recruitment business, building it from the ground up through hard work, industry knowledge and, most importantly, strong relationships. His experience spans residential construction, social housing and mechanical & electrical (M&E), giving him a broad understanding of the industry and the diverse recruitment needs within it.

In a business where reputation is everything, every client relationship, every candidate and every placement matters. Rather than taking a transactional approach, Ed takes the time to understand the people behind the business, the culture of an organisation, and what both clients and candidates are genuinely looking to achieve — the approach he brings to every conversation at ERA.
