Why ERA
We started ERA because construction deserves recruiters who understand it.
We work across the industry, but our roots and our deepest knowledge are in Mechanical & Electrical, and in the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors who deliver building services. That's the world most of our conversations are about.
The name is ours: Edward and Russell, the two founders. The skyline in our mark is the hub of the construction industry in the UK, and it represents what we stand for.
The directors
Russell Pidducci
Russell has spent more than twenty years in recruitment, rising from consultant to Director, where he ran high-value managed-service contracts across the public and private sectors, sat on the operations board, and led teams of over fifty. A consistent top biller in his own right, he has personally managed relationships up to board level with some of the largest organisations in the UK, and built and scaled highly successful training academies from scratch. Construction is something very close to his heart, with his dad working in M&E for over fifty years. At ERA he leads client relationships and retention, and is a key point of contact for both candidates and clients alike.
Ed Lee
Ed comes from the commercial side of construction consultancy and leads client relationships and role briefings.
